re it was an ATS that was a barrier and now AI is making it more challenging for many jobseekers to land interviews. I understand the challenges of job searching in today's market and that's why I offer comprehensive job search support to help you tell your story through a  strategically-written, ATS-optimized, and ATS-formatted resume and other job search materials. 

I do not use AI to create  resumes and other job search support materials because resume writing entails the ability to incorporate a writing and brand positioning strategy for a job candidate. AI can't apply this human and personalized touch. In addition, it's not fool-proof and can misinterpret information. However, I'm well aware that resumes must be tailored to pass an AI-powered ATS keyword score and keep this in mind when I draft a new one or do a rewrite.
