I launched my part-time resume writing business (originally named Credentials Resume Service) over 20 years ago well before social media, AI, LinkedIn, etc., existed.  Fast-forward to 2026 and now these technologies inform my process for planning, strategizing, and developing job search content for clients to market themselves.    I've kept up with these technological advancements through my fulltime communication career in the technology industry and continued education.
